• Keyword: CSS
A keyword is an identifier that has been incorporated into the actual CSS language syntax. In CSS, keywords are used mostly for property values. For example, name of colors, length indicators, inherit, auto, etc. Keywords must not be quoted. When a keyword value is shared by more than one property, the behavior may not be the same. Keywords are also used in "at" (@rules) and other rules such as "important".

• Keyword: JavaScript Token
A keyword is a word that has been incorporated into the actual language syntax. Typically, keywords can not be used as identifiers. The ECMA-262 standard has reserved 28 keywords. Keywords are different from reserved words. Keywords are a actual part of the language syntax. A reserved word is reserved for possible future inclusion into the language syntax. As with keywords, do not use reserved words as identifiers since the authors of ECMAScript may need them someday.
